If you would like to exchange your item for a different size please email us at
millefleurshats@gmail.com and we will let you know availability. Please then return your
purchase with all tags still attached and in the original packaging within 14 days to Mille Fleurs,
12 High Street, Otford, Kent, TN4 5PQ. On receipt of original purchase we will then re-send the
alternative item.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, please email us at
millefleurshats@gmail.com, explaining your reasons for retuning. Please then return your
purchase with all tags still attached and in the original packaging within 14 days to Mille Fleurs,
12 High Street, Otford, Kent, TN4 5PQ

All return postage costs, insurance and ensuring it’s safe and undamaged arrival are the
responsibility of the purchaser. We will be unable to refund any postage costs or damaged
caused during transit and we will not offer refunds if any tags have been removed or the item is
not in perfect unmarked condition.

Online returns Bespoke Orders:
We cannot accept any returns on bespoke items. If for any reason you are not happy with your
hat please get in contact and we will do our very best to help

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel
the contract for the purchase of certain goods with Mille Fleurs at any time within the seven
working days of the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods (the
“seven days cooling-off period”). To cancel your contract within the seven days cooling-off
period please notify us in writing by email millefleurshats@gmail.com or post before the
expiry of the cooling-off period. Please package the relevant goods securely and send
them to us. All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging and
tags. If we receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the seven days cooling-off
period, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with any postage charge.
Made to order or customised goods are exempt from this cancellation right.
